When you grow up in an environment where your emotional needs weren’t consistently met, you adapt in order to survive. You're beyond exhausted and wish you could finally feel ease in your body.

You know it's time for inner child healing. But maybe you're wondering, what does that even mean?

At its heart, inner child work is about gently turning toward the younger parts of yourself that had to adapt, hide, or take on too much in order to feel safe and loved. These younger parts still live within you—holding the fears, needs, and longings you once carried but didn’t have the support to fully express.

Inner child work isn’t about blaming your caregivers or getting stuck in the past. It’s about reclaiming the connection with yourself that may have been lost along the way. When you acknowledge your inner child’s pain, listen to her needs, and offer her the compassion she didn’t receive back then, you begin to heal from the inside out. This is exactly what we are going to in our retreat expereince.

Hi, I’m Megan! 

If you’re tired of people-pleasing, quieting your own needs, and feeling anxious even when life looks “fine,” I want you to know: I deeply understand.

For years, I wore the “good girl” mask—high-achieving on the outside, while struggling with anxiety and disconnection on the inside. My own healing journey of learning to speak up, set boundaries, and embrace my real self is what fuels my passion for inner child work today.

That path led me into over a decade of work as a licensed psychotherapist, specializing in trauma-informed practices, attachment healing, and nervous system regulation. Along the way, I’ve guided hundreds of people through the tender, transformative process of reparenting their inner child.

My intention for this retreat is simple: to hold a safe, compassionate space where you can begin (or deepen) this healing work for yourself—with warmth, honesty, and guidance from someone who’s been there too.

In our time together, you will:

    • I help you to identify and understand the impact of early relational trauma & learn the steps to create safer, more connected relationships in your life today
  • Reparent With Compassion
    • You will learn strategies to connect with and lovingly reparent your inner child and develop deeper self-compassion
  • Experience Guided Healing Practices
    • I walk you through soothing visualizations, inner child dialogues, and gentle nervous system regulation techniques to help you feel safe in your body.
  • Integrate What You Learn
    • You’ll leave with simple practices, mantras, and rituals to weave inner child healing into your everyday life.
